Bo and the guys came up during construction to lend a hand. So once the studio opened they were the first to get in. It helped them get their demo completed and it also helped Blue get the rooms tweaked.
What makes this story so interesting is that when Bo said he had a band that was looking to record, he kind of played the group down, saying they'd only been together for a short time and that they "sucked". Wow! How do you really feel, Bo?
Interestingly, they didn't suck. They showed up to the studio well rehearsed and prepared. That preparation payed off immediately. The band knocked out three rhythm tracks that first night. The group then came back in and finished the rest of their tracks in short order. Greg their drummer had never recorded with a click track and in no time he was rockin' that click. "Nice job, Greg."
There is no doubt that with the dedication and discipline these guys showed during their sessions here, they will continue writing and recording great music.
